Will we see you at 3PALF — oops, we mean, EPALF? Our third annual festival featuring artists and cultural workers of color will animate two community hubs in East Portland: Orchards of 82nd (O82), APANO’s brand-new home and community space, and Fubonn, the largest Asian grocery store and shopping center in Oregon! Spanning October 4-5th, EPALF will feature a spectrum of live performances, interactive creative activities, a full family-friendly lineup, and more at O82, plus our hallmark Book & Craft Fair at Fubonn. Join us in celebrating local artists, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in East Portland through this signature event. Suggested donation is $5, and no one will be turned away from lack of funds. Hosted by APANO’s Arts & Media Project.
