In this Sunday workshop we will each look head-on at the feeling of being stuck and we’ll approach this testy topic with bravery and aplomb. If you’ve been procrastinating on your writing (or any art form) or spinning your wheels or feeling too much malaise to engage in your creative process, come to this workshop and we’ll help you demystify your resistance so you can jump back in. Are you ready? Want to dig in and get dirty on what holds you back? In this class we will practice the art of being open to inquiry. We will ask the body and mystical sources of intuitive insight to help us learn more about our projects and process. We will dip into luscious imagery, rich ideaphoria, writing prompts, and group brainstorming. This is a place to be curious, non-judgmental, up for participating, and courageous.

Reflect a bit before you come in about where and how you are feeling stuck.

Bring a journal and pen/pencil.

Bring a lunch or else be prepared to buy something quick on our short break.

Please do not wear scents or fragrances.

Liz Asch Greenhill is is a writer, artist, acupuncturist, and artist’s assistant. She’s been helping artists since the ’90s in one capacity or another. These days she’s upgraded her approach to integrate methods of somatic healing and bodily energetics into the writing room. Liz will help you access the wild imagination of your artist self to learn new insights about your creative process and projects. Fun facts: Liz did an MFA under Lidia’s magical mentorship. And, you might have heard Lidia sing her praises as an acupuncturist.
