VIRTUAL IPRC: Embracing What Is

Free – $15“Embracing What Is”, hosted by grace Mervin, is a three part workshop series that will deepen our understanding of our emotions, our selves, and our creativity for personal and collective healing.
In the second workshop, Future Me, Future We, we will use creative journaling, drawing prompts, and guided visualization to help us guide ourselves as we navigate into our future. We will be working on visioning the future we want to create for ourselves, as well as the future we want to build collaboratively.
