Poetry Reading and Open Mic

Open Mic and Poetry Reading at Milwaukie Floral & Garden (link is external). Co-sponsored by the Milwaukie Poetry Series and St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church. Our Featured Readers are Community Leaders. Readers so far are Milwaukie City Councilors Lisa Batey, Kathy Hyzy and Adam Khosroabadi and St. John the Evangelist Rector Jeanne Kaliszewski. They will be reading their own work or their favorite poets for about 35 minutes. There may be additional Featured Readers. The reading will be followed by an Open Mic.
