Future Prairie VIII: The Veil

Please join the artists of Future Prairie for our autumn show, hosted at the gorgeous Bodecker Foundation! As we transition from summer to autumn, the equinox asks us to honor the changing seasons with a balance of light and dark. Traditionally, this is a time for gathering, grounding, and comfort. The veil between the spiritual and mortal worlds is particularly thin around the autumnal equinox. Our variety show is inspired by the chautauquas of the 19th and early 20th centuries, where people from all walks of life came together to experience education, entertainment, and culture for the whole community, with speakers, teachers, musicians, and entertainers.
