Yoga for Artists & Writers AWP Offsite Edition

(Chair) Yoga for Artists and Writers: AWP Edition $5-$15 Sliding-Scale Suggested Donation* An inclusive, all-levels hatha flow-style chair yoga class for humans engaged in creative work. This 90-minute class will include somatic meditation, breath work, functional movement and restorative poses to facilitate full-body strength & mobility, overall embodiment, and nervous-system release. Especially designed for artists and writers, the anatomical focus will be on the hands and wrists, shoulders, upper-back and neck, as well as on somatic integration and emotional grounding. No yoga experience necessary; adaptable for all bodies. Recommended but not required to bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket if possible. Questions?
