September Origami Workshop

Come and fold with an IPRC member/volunteer & origami instructor/author, Yuki Martin on Zoom! You will need either origami paper*, or regular copy paper cut down to the dimensions of a square. All ages & skill levels are welcome. Materials needed: origami paper (6″x 6″) or copy paper cut down to those dimensions, and a cutting tool, if using copy paper. *Origami paper can be picked up at the IPRC. Coordinate with hquinn@iprc.org to pick origami paper up. Register here, and zoom link will be sent on the day of the workshop.

Church of Craft

FREE – 10 spot limit The chapel doors are open! We would like True North to remain a sanctuary for makers during these difficult times, and that means continuing to make space for our community members to feel connected and creative, while remaining safely distanced. Join us for Church of Craft on Sunday, September 13th! We are welcoming up to ten people to come work on art and catch up on some much-needed socially-distant time with fellow makers! Virtual IPRC: Still Life Drawing Time

Join Marissa and friends for an hour of still life drawing! We’ll start with a check in drawing activity and do several short timed drawings and a longer drawing. Set up your own scene to share or draw one that’s provided! Register through Eventbrite here. Suggested donation of $5-$15 go to paying the artist and supporting community programming. Virtual IPRC: Origami

Yuki will show you a few book-related models. All ages & skill levels are welcome. The materials needed would be a few sheets of standard size (6″x6″) origami paper* or copy paper cut into a square. Corporeal Writing: Young Mammals Zine Collaborative with Katie Guinn
