Running for just under a year, the Atheneum is designed to advance your writing and seed literary life in the city. Atheneum Fellows form a unique community of literary artists and citizens. The class will cover how to prepare fabrics for dyeing, create dye baths from a variety of plant materials, learn techniques for patterning, and tips for post-dye care to achieve rich, long-lasting colors.
