Zine Making Night at Outlet!

FreeCome for a zine making PARTY at Outlet in preparation for the Portland Zine Symposium!
We’re hosting a FREE event for folks to work on all things zines—from concept to creation! We’ll look at samples from our zine library for inspiration, talk about processes for ideation (word maps, sketches, exquisite corpse, etc), and we’ll offer printing tips and file setup help as needed!
Outlet is tabling at PZS this year and would love to sell (or just display) your risograph zines, books, prints, cards, and all that jazz! This is a great opportunity to get a head start on making things for the symposium, and to ask us any questions about the event, zines in general, and riso printing. This event is hosted by Kate Bingaman-Burt and Outlet studio manager Leland Vaughan.
