Allie Brosh Ticketed Event
September 26, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
$30For the first time in seven years, Allie Brosh — beloved author and artist of the extraordinary #1 New York Times bestseller Hyperbole and a Half — returns with a new collection of comedic, autobiographical, and illustrated essays. Solutions and Other Problems (Gallery Books) includes humorous stories from Brosh’s childhood; the adventures of her very bad animals; merciless dissection of her own character flaws; incisive essays on grief, loneliness, and powerlessness; as well as reflections on the absurdity of modern life. Solutions and Other Problems, featuring all-new material, marks the return of a beloved American humorist who has “the observational skills of a scientist, the creativity of an artist, and the wit of a comedian” (Bill Gates). Brosh will be joined in conversation by a special guest.
Please note: This is a ticketed event. Purchasing a preorder copy of Solutions and Other Problems ($30) entitles you to attend our virtual event with Brosh on Saturday, September 26, at 5pm (PT). After you’ve purchased the book, we will automatically register you for the Zoom event, and will send you an email two days prior to the event containing a link to the event and instructions on how to access it. Your copy of Solutions and Other Problems will ship on the day of the event. The first 500 people to purchase a ticket to Brosh’s virtual event will receive an exclusive full-color print with their copy of Solutions and Other Problems.
