FreeOne-Hour Cheese and 36 Bottles of Wine Authors Host a Tasting
So many choices, so little time! Join us for a delicious wine and DIY cheese tasting with the authors of 36 Bottles of Wine (Sasquatch Books), Paul Zitarelli, and One-Hour Cheese (Workman Publishing), Claudia Lucero. Attendees will taste three wines and three fresh cheeses and will leave the event with wine pairing as well as cheese making tips. Space is limited. Books available for sale.
