Cookbook Extravaganza with Haile Thomas

Creative multi-hyphenate Haile Thomas is making waves. At 12, Haile founded the youth empowerment non-profit The HAPPY Org. At 16, Haile was the youngest graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. At 19, Haile has amassed a dedicated Instagram following, using the platform to share inspiring writing and content and to give space for others to open up and connect. Her cookbook, Living Lively, combines 80 wholesome and super-powered plant-based recipes to inspire readers to heal and energize themselves through nourishing food. The night’s discussion will center around Haile’s approach to activism, how showing up authentically builds connection and community, and how food helps fuel her work and inspires her vibrant life.

Haile Thomas is a wellness and compassion activist, international speaker, and founder and CEO of the non-profit, The HAPPY Org.
