Corporeal Writing Sorta Solstice Soiree

FreeCalling all Exquisite Misfits!
We more-than-cordially (more-like-delightedly) invite you to visit with us (and our superb tree) at The Corporeal Center in downtown Portland on Saturday, December 22nd from 5-8pm for a Sorta Solstice Soiree. Yes, we’ll be a day late for the solstice, but we didn’t want you to have to navigate Friday night rush hour traffic. And besides, you’ll be so tired of hearing Winter is coming… by then, and instead, winter will be here!
This invitation is open to all and sundry, and there is no cover charge or blood sacrifice required – however we do insist that if attending, you bring a donation of one of the following for IRCO – Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, one of our most beloved local non-profits:
-a new toy for a child
-a new coat for adult OR child
-a new hat for adult OR child
You bring the donations, we’ll bring the booze. (And sparkly flavored beverages for the teetotalers! We see you, we love you.)
The Corporeal Center is located at 510 SW 3rd Ave, and we’ll be at the door to greet you. Numerous parking garages are in the area, and we’re very close to both the Red and Blue MAX lines.
We can’t wait to see you and ring in the winter in all its rainy goodness.
