Mindful Planning: Bullet Journaling for Ease, Flow and Intention

FreeDo you feel unorganized and overwhelmed with all the things you need to do? Use a bullet journal to bring mindfulness and intention into your days!
The workshop will begin with a guided meditation on creating more ease and flow in your life. We then dive into the basics of bullet journaling so you can begin using yours right away.
The workshop is co-taught by social media marketer, Liz Smith and holistic coach, Allison Kirley. They are both avid bullet journalers and love to share this transformative tool!
