The Hour That Stretches: Ringing In 2020
January 26, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
FreeWe have a bill full of poets this time. Dan Raphael returns to the Hour to shock and delight again. We got Casey Bush, my old pal from the Irradiated Poets, who needs little introduction. We got Morgan Paige Hutchinson, a jewel in the show’s poetic crown this time and a long-awaited addition to our bill of ferocious talent. Amy Leona Havin also returns to us with new material following up on the breathless wonderment of ‘Shakti.’ 😀 Two writers, just to change it up: From my pal Garrett Cook’s writing workshop, newcomer John Madson brings us his a-game set. And your humble MC will be performing, “Beast: A Fable For Children” from the charity anthology NIGHTMARES IN YELLOW which I will discuss on the mic. Please come support these incredible creators and keep live spoken word alive in Portland!!!!
