The Write to Heal Retreat

This is a rare opportunity to connect, share, create and constructively critique with other folks that can relate. Heal Write! Workshop Series and The Write to Heal Retreat is an open space that will inspire creatives to speak their truth to trauma. We intentionally design the environment to be safe, culturally competent, and collaborative. Registration is simple, space is limited.

Participants in the The Heal Write! Workshop Series are eligible to recieve scholarships to attend The Write to Heal Retreat, November 1-3rd, 2019 in Rockaway Beach, Oregon.   

We encourage writers of any genre, at any stage in their writing development to join an open space that inspires creatives to speak their truth to trauma.  There is no cost to attend the Heal Write! Workshop Series, but we do ask that writers commit to the full series in order to build a cohesive writing community.  The dates are on Saturdays from 10a-12p starting September 21st.  Deadline to register is September 6th, 2019.

• Heal Write Workshops  –  Saturdays, 10a-12p, Sept. 21st – Oct. 26th , Portland, Oregon
• The Write to Heal Retreat – Friday-Sunday, November 1-3rd, Twin  Rocks, Rockaway Beach, Oregon

COST:

• Heal Write Workshops – FREE! (Registration required.)
• The Write to Heal Retreat – 3 days/ 2 nights – $270 (scholarships available.)
• NOTE: The Write to Heal Retreat requires a non-refundable $50 deposit due September 26th.

DEADLINES:

• Registration for The Heal Write! Workshop Series, September 6th, 2019
• Submission for retreat scholarships are due:  September 26th,  2019
• Registration and $50 deposit for The Write to Heal Retreat, October 4th, 2019
