Portland Review Winter Reading

A winter reading featuring local writers and contributors to our upcoming 2019 anthology (Unchartable: On Environmental Unknowns). ~ Camellia Freeman’s personal essays have appeared in Crazyhorse, Image, Indiana Review, and elsewhere. Past honors include Image’s Milton Postgraduate Fellowship and an Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award. ~ Elizabeth Pickard is a writer living in Portland, Oregon. She received the 2018 Tom and Phyllis Burnam Poetry Award, and her poetry and fiction have appeared in Underwater New York, the Portland Review, and elsewhere. She is currently working on a novel about gender, scientists, and the Manhattan Project and a genre-hybrid book about hermits. ~ Daniel Elder lives and writes in Oregon with his cat, Terence.
