In honor of our inspiration and namesake, Lilla Leach, the intrepid explorer of Oregon's most wild spaces, we present "Seek," a literary reading featuring Idris Anderson, Kate Gray, Takashi L. Kendrick, Missy Ladygo, Gigi Little, and Anis Mojgani. Join us for this literary expedition on the East Terrace of Leach Botanical Garden, August 18th, 4-6PM. Discover new authors to love (or discover something new about an already-loved author), plus ample supplies of food, wine, and conversation, all in Lilla's magical back yard. Her latest book, The Authenticity Experiment: Lessons From the Best & Worst Year of My Life, was released in August 2017. Kate has an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from the Rainier Writing Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University and is a wry observer who writes about grief, the drama of perimenopause and dating, riding bikes, and the joys and challenges of authentic living.
