Next Thursday, November 15, my friend Jeremy is hosting the second installment of a new monthly reading series/open mic in an underground lounge at Portland Wine Storage. 5-to-10-minute slots. Read your own unpublished/in-progress work, OR read from a published text that's been inspiring you lately. The idea is to read what we're working on and read what's feeding our work. This is a monthly event on the 2nd Friday of each month -- from September through May. Open to the public, free of charge, and is for tellers and non-tellers alike. Partnered Reading with the Broader Community

This is a partnered reading between writers in the greater Portland area and AWP attendees/published authors. 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m, better to come late than never, and we are serving food as part of a completely optional potluck!
