Her latest book, The Authenticity Experiment: Lessons From the Best & Worst Year of My Life, was released in August 2017. Kate has an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from the Rainier Writing Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University and is a wry observer who writes about grief, the drama of perimenopause and dating, riding bikes, and the joys and challenges of authentic living.
