The Regional Arts & Culture Council awards project grants to artists in Multnomah County in all art mediums.

Come to this lunchtime talk in honor of the 10th Annual PDX to hear about what makes a strong comic arts project proposal from RACC representatives and comics artists who have received RACC funding.
